Our dinner menu celebrates a diverse palate of cuisines, blending traditional flavors with Western fare and modern flair. We offer the locally raised beef and poultry, fresh seafood selections and sumptuous pasta dishes alongside comfort food classics and weekly specials, all crafted with locally sourced produce and ingredients from Montana farmers. To complement every meal, our extensive wine list features over 30 selections.
We have hit pause for the winter months for improvements and are welcoming a new chef. We look forward to seeing you in the Spring!
Meet Chef Brad
Abayance Bay is proud to welcome Executive Chef Brad Smith to lead the culinary vision at The Bowl.
Chef Brad brings decades of experience to the Bay, including owning and operating his own restaurant in Bigfork, Montana, where he built a reputation for thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking and genuine hospitality. Beyond the kitchen, Brad has also played an important role in Montana’s culinary community, helping establish a culinary school that has trained and inspired the next generation of chefs across the region.
At Abayance Bay, Chef Brad is assembling a new culinary team for The Bowl—one that shares a passion for great food, teamwork, and the experience of bringing people together around a table.
His vision is simple:
honest food, strong kitchens, and memorable moments shared with family and friends overlooking the lake.
