Live Event Rules / FAQs

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING FOR ALL ATTENDEES AT ABAYANCE BAY EVENTS.

NOTE: Abayance Bay is on National Forest Service lands operating under a special use permit with the Kootenai National Forest. Federal law applies in addition to all applicable Montana state statutes and codes.

  • PLEASE BE COURTEOUS OF YOUR FELLOW PATRONS AT ALL TIMES.
  • NO PETS. Trained Service Animals are permitted to accompany an individual with a disability. NOTE: Emotional support and/or therapy dogs are NOT service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted.
  • NO COOLERS 
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS. Food and drink are available for purchase. Complimentary water stations are provided onsite.
  • NO LARGE BAGS, BACKPACKS OR PURSES. All large items will be required to be checked at the gate. All bags and packs are subject to search.
  • NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND.  Metal detectors will be employed at all gates and all attendees are subject to search.
  • NO SMOKING except in designated areas. MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL LAW and no smoking or possession of marijuana or THC-derived products or substances is permitted.
  • YOU MUST BE 21 YRS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE AND DRINK ALCOHOL. All attendees wishing to purchase alcohol must present a valid ID to receive a wristband enabling alcohol purchase and/or consumption.
  • PARKING – Check the website for parking policies and procedures for each specific show date.
  • YOU MUST BRING A SCANNABLE COPY OF YOUR TICKET AND HAVE READY AT THE GATE. Print or download your ticket to your phone or smart device upon purchase.
  • GENERAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the Event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury of any kind. THE TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE EVENT, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE TICKET HOLDER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL RISK OF INJURY RESULTING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE RISK OF INJURY DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OR MISCONDUCT OF OTHER SPECTATORS. THE TICKET HOLDER AGREES THAT Abayance Bay and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, performing artists, players, related production companies and any and all other related individuals to the production of the event(s) SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY. The ticket holder shall be responsible and pay for all damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, bodily injury, death or injury to or destruction of property, to the extent attributable to the ticket holder’s negligence, fault or misconduct while in or around the Event or its environs. The ticket holder shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the entities and persons released hereunder from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, to the extent attributable to the ticket holder’s negligence, fault or misconduct while in or around the Event or its environs.
  • Abayance Bay and/or the Promoter reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  • Abayance Bay and/or the promoter may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
  • PUBLICITY GRANT AND WORKS LICENSE: The ticket holder grants to Abayance Bay and its respective designees the irrevocable permission to use your voice, image, and/or likeness in any and all media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the event(s), for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of Abayance Bay and its respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers and/or broadcasters, without further permission or compensation and hereby waives any and all claims or potential claims relating to such use. Ticket holder may not transmit or aid in transmitting or distributing any photographs, images, videos, livestreams or other accounts or descriptions (whether text, data or visual) in any media of all or any part of the events (the “Works”) by, to, or for any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, direct or indirect.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given for any ticket purchases.
