Hostess/Host/Front of House Manager
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Front of House Manager to run the service side of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, managing service logistics, and driving guest satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all FOH employees.
- Service Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, conducting pre-shift briefings, and managing reservations to optimize seating capacity.
- Guest Satisfaction: Actively visit tables, solicit feedback, and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained throughout the dining room, bar, and restrooms.

Line Cook
Job Summary
Seeking a Line Cook to prepare, season, and cook (grill, fry, or sauté) along side the chef to ensure food meets quality and safety standards.
Cooking: Prepare food items (meats, vegetables, soups, sauces) using various cooking methods (e.g., grilling, frying, sautéing) while following recipes.
Station Setup/Closing: Set up, restock, and sanitize cooking stations, including equipment like stoves, grills, and fryers
- Food Safety/Hygiene: Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards, including proper food storage, temperature control, and labeling (FIFO).
- Inventory & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with food inventory management to prevent shortages.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with other line cooks to ensure, fast, efficient service during busy shifts.
- Experience: Usually 1–2 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills: Knowledge of professional cooking methods, food safety protocols, and proper knife techniques.

Prep Cooks

This role requires speed, stamina, and attention to detail.
- Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and dicing fruits, vegetables, and meats.
- Ingredient Preparation: Preparing, cooking, or assembling basic components like sauces, dressings, soups, and salads.
- Station Setup: Organizing and stocking workstations with necessary tools and ingredients before service.
- Stock Control: Labeling, dating, and properly storing all ingredients to maintain food freshness and safety standards.

Job Summary
Needing servers (or waiter/waitress) that are responsible for providing high-quality service by greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and managing payments in a fast-paced environment. They must know the menu, provide recommendations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness.
Customer Interaction: Greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and providing recommendations.
Order Management: Taking orders accurately using POS systems, submitting them to the kitchen, and ensuring special dietary needs or allergies are communicated.
- Service Delivery: Serving food and beverages, refilling drinks, and checking in with tables to ensure satisfaction.
- Payment Processing: Delivering checks, processing cash or credit card payments accurately using a POS system.

Runners
Job Summary
We need restaurant runners (or food runners) to deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally. Must ensure meals arrive hot and at the correct table, support servers with clearing dishes, and help maintain service flow.
- Delivering Food: Delivering food orders to tables promptly to ensure quality.
- Table Support: Assisting guests with any immediate needs (e.g., water refills, extra condiments) and clearing dirty dishes/refilling water.

We need restaurant dishwashers for cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment. Need to run industrial dishwashers, hand-wash pots/pans, manage trash disposal, sweep/mop floors, and ensure a steady supply of clean items for both the front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery, usually using a high-temperature machine, and washing delicate or large items by hand.
- Station Maintenance:Keeping the “dish pit” organized and clean throughout a fast-paced shift.
- Organization and Storage: Sorting and storing clean items, such as plates, cutlery, and cookware, in their designated spots.
- Kitchen Support: Taking out trash, cleaning grease filters, sweeping/mopping floors, and sometimes assisting with basic food prep.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining high hygiene standards, cleaning up spills immediately, and managing cleaning chemicals safely.
Dishwashers must be able to stand for long periods, work in high temperatures, and lift heavy racks of dishes or large pots.

Key duties include scanning items, processing payments (cash/card), stocking shelves, facing products, cleaning, and monitoring inventory. They will need to help with boat rentals and processing reservations. They ensure a welcoming environment and assist customers, often working flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
- Cashier Operations: Operating the cash register, processing payments accurately, handling returns, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Basic Computer Skills for handling Reservations: Must be willing to learn reservation software (Checkfront) to handle watercraft reservations or cabin rentals.

- General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and furniture.
