agents, players and other related individuals are not liable for injuries or loss resulting from such causes.
Promoter reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly
or unbecoming.
The promoter may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, or any other
causes beyond reasonable control. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether

Abayance Bay is on National Forest Service Lands operating under a special use permit with the Kootenai National Forest.
