PRESENT A VALID ID AT THE GATE. YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN A WRISTBAND.

Ticket Holder assumes all risks incidental to this event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual
event. Including without limitation, the danger of being injured and/or theft of personal items. The holder specifically
agrees that this venue, the production company or teams. Their respective owners, officers, directors, employees,
agents, players and other related individuals are not liable for injuries or loss resulting from such causes.
Promoter reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly
or unbecoming.
The promoter may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, or any other
causes beyond reasonable control. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether
occurring prior to, during or after the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
The holder acknowledges and consents to the use of photographic or electronic reproduction of his or her image, voice
and likeness for promotional and other purposes.
No audio or video recording is allowed during the event.
No refunds given for ticket purchases.
Abayance Bay is on National Forest Service Lands operating under a special use permit with the Kootenai National Forest.
